I have been a customer with Chris Carlisle for 11 of the 12 years I have been bringing my car in for service. I bought my car in Nov. 2001 and have been true to the dealership. I am a woman and I feel I am treated right and fair. I recommend this dealership to All......................I even travel from Charlotte, in today's times that says alot. I recently purchased a used 2002 Jeep Liberty sport. I scheduled an appointment for 3:30pm on August 29th. The customer service I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable of my concerns. Mr. Bing was knowledgeable of my service needs and open to a dialouge where I was infomed about the appropriate plan of care for my care. T received. I have worked with this team of customer service professionals for many years. And there has never been a time in the last 8 years that any of them has ever let me down in any regard and or aspect o professionals for many years. And there has never been a time in the last 8 years that any of them has ever let me down in any regard and or aspect of service's being performed and they have always had my vehicle ready for me far sooner than promised. I strongly believe in the Under Promise -Over Deliver aspect of business. And this group is totally outstanding. Over the years we have developed a friendship so that each time I am at your dealer I feel like I am somewhere , where I am actually welcomed as part of the family. In regards to technicians I would not have anyone touch any of my vehicles for any major repairs other than Kenny Reeves. With 38 years of experience under his belt I have never seen him tackle anything he cannot fix correctly the FIRST TIME AROUND!!! And in today's world of complicated car repair-where you must have a scan tool, and know which item will fix it correctly the first time rather than just replacing what the tool reads could be 3 or 4 POSSIBLE items, my confidence in Kenny's ability to get it right the FIRST TIME ALL THE TIME is never in question. I send any one who has any serious mechanical issues to this dealership and always have them ask for Kenny, and they too have never been disapointed. In a world where technology is changing each second his ability to get it right each time tells me he is truly devoted to keeping on top of the latest technology to address any problems no matter how big or how small. He also is 1 of only 2 techicians i have known in 25 plus years that isn't to good to rotate tires , or do an oil change on a customers car if time is of the essence in order to help get that customer taken care of of in a timely fashion. That is rare in this day and age. The entire team I deal with has earned my respect , my trust, my friendship and my and my friends business over the years. I started coming to McKinny in 2005-2006, shortly after i bought my Liberty. That is when I first met Chris and I have been with him ever since and he is the only one I trust in the service department. He bought my Liberty. I always have a good experience at Gastonia Chrysler Dodge every time I go in. They come in and update me on my service while I am in the waiting room. The Service guys I deal with call me by name when Dodge every time I go in. They come in and update me on my service while I am in the waiting room. The Service guys I deal with call me by name when I come in and the work is done in a timely manner. No work that was not specifically listed on my service order is done without talking to me first, so there are no surprises when the car is finished. The dealership always has free coffee in the waiting room and a TV to keep you occupied while waiting. I have no hesitations in recommending them to others. More
