We got to chatting about some of the car's technological features I wasn't aware of, and after the wash Gerald parked my car and sat with me and showed me all sorts of its helpful functions. I had not bought my car from him nor was I buying anything from him that day, he just took this time to help me out of the goodness of his heart. I was absolutely wowed by the experience and shared it with my friends and family. It was a rare display of both amazing customer service and deep product knowledge and if I ever have car buying needs in the future I will certainly call Gerald and am happy to recommend him to others.
