Buyer Beware DO NOT BUY from this dealership I got my first jeep from Gastonia dodge a couple years ago. The finance officer tried to add several months to my loan after all the discussions of finance were already agreed on. Good thing I know how to read! Then the Jeep wrangler they sold me (which was used) was missing a tpms sensor, spider gears in rear differential were chewed up, center window control only worked part of the time, evap system was bad, and the roof leaked. Took it to service a couple of times a they pretended to fix these things, but never did, just band aids. One time they broke the handle off my drivers door and another time didn't even put the door back together correctly, which ended up scraping my arm getting in. Another time they left their handheld gadget in my jeep and I had to drive all the way back to give it to them. I finally had it with the lemon Gastonia jeep sold me so I decided to trade it in. I went to Lake Noman Jeep and the experience was simply amazing. Their service department has been nothing but awesome. Treated respectfully every time I go there. The service is top notch. I like them so much I drive from Dallas to Lake Norman for service. It was years since I had been to Gastonia jeep and I was in a pinch and didn't want to drive to Lake Norman jeep, so I decided to give them another chance for an oil change. It's only an oil change right? Well what a huge mistake that was. When I arrived I was not greeted. Stood by the front door waiting for someone to call me up but no one did (there was no one else in line) So I took that as a que to get the xxxx out of there. But I look back and my jeep had like three cars behind it. When I was getting ready to walk out they finally waved me over. I told them I was part of the Jeep wave program and I wanted full synthec oil like Lake Norman was putting in it. The service rep told me "you get what you get" . Honestly at this point I was speechless, but figured screw it at this point. It took them 3 hours!!! You have got to be kidding me, 3 hours for an oil change. Didn't even thank me for my business. The funniest part of this is the Lake Norman owner apparently owns the Gastonia jeep as well. How in the xxxx do you have a stellar business in Lake Norman and turn around and have scrubs/criminals in Gastonia? Conclusion: Do not buy from Gastonia Jeep, and NEVER EVER use their service department. More
Worst dealership I have ever done business with. I have had a problem every single time I have been in here, It is mostly a personnel problem and the fact that there is no supervision. Service representatives couldn't care less if you ever bought another car there. One other thing, this 4 star rating is based on reviews from people who purchased a car and so far nothing has gone wrong. People need to look through ALL the reviews until they come to one where the dealership had to actually deal with customers on any other than the car sale. Obviously the salesman is going to be a sweetheart. More

Said they "didn't touch my truck" even though my wife said they hooked it up twice to their equipment. Recall stopped by me because we didn't have 5 hours time to leave the truck for a one hour job. (10 o'clock appointment said to be done by 3pm??). very sad facility, and Mr. "Jay" needs some serious counseling on matters concerning his thinking he can physically touch the customers. More
