Jay Rappaport is simply the best. Jay Rappaport has been my service rep for nearly 15 years. I trust him. Jay takes care of my vehicles as if they were his very own. He lets me know when there are things I need to take care of in easy to understand terms.He is always busy and gets an enormous amount of work done but when he is with you he is totally focused on you and your needs as if you were his only customer. Jay is one of the reasons I drive from another city...passing dozens of service establishments...to come back to Gastonia Jeep to get my service needs taken care of. Worst experience in my life Since the age of 25, I have always purchased vehicles new from the dealer and have owned BMW; Jeep; Mazda; Toyota; VW; and currently own a Dodge. Sin Since the age of 25, I have always purchased vehicles new from the dealer and have owned BMW; Jeep; Mazda; Toyota; VW; and currently own a Dodge. Since moving to NC from SC, I was referred to the Gastonia dealership and within the year have been here on 3 separate occasions for routine maintenance. Each time I was one of the first to arrive and waited up to 4+ hours for routine-work to be completed (not the kind of service I am used to receiving elsewhere). Each service-staff members is rude; has poor eye-contact; zero personality; answers questions with, "ma'am I don't know" and won't try to find the answer"; are dismissive; unprofessional; and their work is overpriced. I will never return to this dealership for anything. More

Unethical My dad was in town from Ohio and on the way down his windshield wipers stopped working. I made an appointment to take his Dodge Ram in to have them re My dad was in town from Ohio and on the way down his windshield wipers stopped working. I made an appointment to take his Dodge Ram in to have them repaired. Upon arrival I was told they may not have the parts so I told them to let me know ASAP so I could explore another option if they couldn’t fix it. They informed me that the entire motor and linkage needed replace and it would cost $500.00. I had explained to them my dad had purchased an extended warranty to which they claimed didn’t cover the wiper motor or linkage. I told them to go ahead. I had no choice since they waited until 3 o’clock to call me. Left truck at 10 am. They call back and said the part they had was broken and couldn’t fix it. When my father got back to Ohio he took is truck to the dodge dealership and they fixed it under the extended warranty. It was covered. They blatantly tried to charge us for something that was covered under the warranty. This type of action is unexceptionable, and unethical. I will never go to Gastonia Dige again, and I encourage everyone to do the same. How many people have fallen victim to their unethical practices More
Horrible Experience I had a appointment at 8:00 am on a Friday for a drop off. I was told that they did not have time to check my car and ask would I leave it over the weekend for them to check on Monday. Uh, no! When I went to pick up on Saturday I was told that the appointment time did not mean that you had a spot in the bay. What???? It was for the service department to know how to schedule their day. Really? Well what about my day? I will never go back here ever! More
