Service is overpriced, inadequate, and very slow. I had to have my vehicle towed to dealer for repair. I had no other vehicle to drive at this time. It took weeks to diagnose and repair my vehicle. Parts were lost and had to be reordered, parts were not installed that were supplied. Labor cost is overpriced and online programs are used to charge labor instead of you being charged the actual time of service. I had heard bad things about this service department but had no choice since this was where I had to have my vehicle towed. Originally I got a price of $2700.00 for the repair that should have cost somewhere around $1200 to $1500 from getting prices at other repair facilities. After discussion and ordering my own superior aftermarket parts I got it down to approximately $1700 and now I either have to install the left off parts or pay to have them installed which will add more cost to this repair. I do not recommend this facility and I hope to never have to use them again. More
