Terrible experience My family has a Dodge Durango purchased from Gastonia Dodge with a Zurich extended warranty. We took it in for a noise coming from the A/C and lowere My family has a Dodge Durango purchased from Gastonia Dodge with a Zurich extended warranty. We took it in for a noise coming from the A/C and lowered A/C performance a month before the extended warranty ran out of time. They could not find the problem and we took it home. Shortly after the A/C cooled only intermittently and then pretty much quit. We contacted the dealer shortly after this but it was a couple of weeks before we could get it back in. We took it in on a Monday and they didn't even look at it until several days later despite leaving messages for them to call us. Now Zurich says they are refusing to pay because the warranty expired. The service department was not even familiar with the Zurich warranties although they sold them 5 years ago and still sell them. We are going to cancel our other Zurich warranty and have our work performed at another dealership. We had been looking at a new Ram truck there but not any more. More

Recall I set up a recall appointment over the phone with Mr. Smith. My appointment was at 7am for a drop off and loaner- to ensure that I make it back to Cha I set up a recall appointment over the phone with Mr. Smith. My appointment was at 7am for a drop off and loaner- to ensure that I make it back to Charlotte on time for work. When I arrive at the time discussed no one was able assist me with the process (I would have had to wait an additional 45 minutes to get the needed assistance). Mr. Smith could not be reached. In return I was late for work and it was brushed up under the rug my another manager, Mr. Lee. Customer service is at an all time decline and I will not recommend coming here to get any work done. Free oil change cost me 775.00 dollars I Bought my vehicle at this location and with it got a service package with two years of free oil changes, to be cautious I called days in advance to I Bought my vehicle at this location and with it got a service package with two years of free oil changes, to be cautious I called days in advance to let them know I was bringing my Volkswagen by to get an oil change in the case that they would need time to get the proper parts. I was assured that they would get the right parts. I got the oil changed and over the next few days I notice oil leaking from my car so I took it to my local Volkswagen dealership and they found that the wrong oil drain plug was installed and over torqued causing irreparable damage to the oil pan. It cost me 775.00 dollars after parts and labor. I called the service department at gastonia CJDR and told them what happened and was given a run around and after 3 days I was told they will talk to the sales manager about sending me a check for the parts and I have not anything since. I will never be returning for those remaining oil changes, I'd rather have piece of mind than save money. More
