I made an appointment for Thursday to have my Jeep Compass looked at. My car and steering wheel would start to shake while accelerating, and occasionally the car would start jerking while driving. They drove the car into the service department to check out what was going on. The service advisor Josh came to tell me that it was the tires causing the issue. The mechanic said everything else looked fine. I have never had tires on any of the vehicles we have owned to cause this issue. I drove my car three hours from home to work in another location. The issue started to get worse, and the car started to develop a grinding and clicking noise. I took the car to the Jeep Dealership in Fayetteville to have it looked at again. I left the car there for them to look at it. Luckily my sister lived in a neighboring town, and she could pick me until they figured out what was going on. They call me a couple hours later to tell me they have found the problem. The right axle shaft was failing. The Compass has less than 27k miles on it, and I've not even had it two years. I'm not a rough on the car. I try to avoid potholes that I know about on roads I take for work. I'm careful driving over speed bumps. I take the car in for recommend maintenance. I shouldn't be having these types of issues. If that part had gone out while I was driving, it could have caused me to lose total control of the vehicle. I called to talk the Gastonia service department about what was found, and the concern I had about what could have happened. They were very nonchalant about the situation. I was just brushed off. I was not given a service loaner because all the service loaners had been taken. I don't know when I will be getting a car to drive, so I can get back to work, and back home. This is not the first issue I've had with the car. A year ago to this month the rear differential was having issues. The second time we brought the car in the had to replace it. It still makes a roaring noise when I'm driving after being replaced. We brought it back to have it looked at. We were told that's the way it's suppose to sound. If it bothered us just to turn the radio up. Honestly, I'm scared to drive this car when they get it fixed. What is going to go wrong with it next? Is it going to leave me stranded on the side of the road? Is it going to cost me, or a member of my family's life? I have never had a car that is having big issues this early into ownership. More

Took my truck in for a safety recall , that was taken care of with no problem. Pulling off the lot I seen a Ram that I had been looking for .Mike Gomes helped me out tremendously. There was five other people trying to buy this truck but Mike wasn’t having it I was going home with the truck that day. With Mike and the rest of the great team at Gastonia Chrysler Dodge ,I drove home with the truck. Called Mike back with a little problem I had it is already taken care of couldn’t ask for better service I’m taking care of my vehicles and selling me a vehicle .. I have a feeling I will be back soon to buy my wife a jeep .great guy thank you Mike for everything More

When I walked into the Dodge dealership and Gastonia to have my truck serviced I had no intentions of buying a new truck. But Donte caught my eye looking at a red Dodge 1500 big horn. Dead battery cost me 8 days without my Jeep! Had my Jeep towed in on a Monday morning for not staring. I was told it could be battery but most likely starter. After 2 days we had to call the service department to find out what was going on, they had not bothered to call me. On Friday I went down there and demanded a loaner. This was the only good experience of the ordeal. Antoine set me up with a nice ride and was very professional, He was the only one at that point that even tried to be helpful. Jay, our service writer could not even use common sense and put my Jeep in the line up for service once it was taken off the rollback. There were missed items when I got my Jeep back. Lee Hyde spoke with my husband and told him he would look into it. He did replace one of the missing items. More
