The so called general manager of the store is so rude. I will never go back. Offered a certain amount for selling vehicle and went back and offered lower. He was so rude talking to us. Very unhappy with my post sale service. I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer w/ 74k miles from here. The car was looking good but I very quickly started having issues after driving for A DAY! First the battery died while I was at work, then I noticed my second key didn’t work, also the cig lighter on the first row didn’t work either, and last but not least my rear passenger door wouldn’t open using the buttons only manually by pulling the lock up. So I called and asked for a few minor touch ups. 1. Car battery 2. Key fob battery. 3. Fuse for cig lighter. 4. Fix lock on the rear door. Before you think to yourself these things are no big deal. Consider they have a very high dealer fee of $899 <- highest I’ve seen at 6 different dealerships I’ve visited this week. These are also all things that should have been fixed before selling the vehicle. So when I called and got nothing but attitude and rudeness, when I called them very calmly with these issues, I was completely taken aback. First the Manager over the internet dept took the call and basically told me he wasn’t doing all of that and then when I asked him for the return policy he COMPLETELY avoided the question. Then after I asked again he said their is none 🤨. Immediately followed by him transferring my call with no warning. To me that is super rude and just as bad as hanging up on me. I was furious but I held my composure. Then I talked to another manager who I had to re-explain the entire situation to which is annoying but I did it any way. He said he would not agree to do anything until he checked with his service dept. Understandable, the issue I had with him is not with what he said but with how he said it. The guy had a tone in his voice as if I was lying or trying to get over on him. He was overly defensive no absolutely no reason I was not being combative at all. I also asked him the return policy and got no answer. So my only question at this point is what the heck is the return policy of this place?? Overall TERRIBLE experience will never buy another car from here. Won’t service here. So glad you guys don’t want to be bothered by me because the feeling is totally mutual. - Feeling Disgusted More
I went to have a low beam headlight installed today and 2 new windshield wiper sprayer installed. Last time I went I was told I had a slow oil leak. "Nothing to worry about right now but it will become a pro new windshield wiper sprayer installed. Last time I went I was told I had a slow oil leak. "Nothing to worry about right now but it will become a problem." Today I was called by Gary and told, " your radiator needs to be replaced, it's cracked. If you don't do it your engine will run hot and be damaged." For 2000.00! No! I went to my mechanic that just fixed my nanny's car, no oil leak and the radiator is not needing to be replaced! I can not believe that the man that has helped me for several years called me and lied. Then would not even make eye contact with me when I picked up my car. I am so very disappointed. I thought I had finally found an honest dealership. More
