I have used this service department twice in the past few weeks, and both times the service was exceptional. Most recently, I went unannounced to my service advisor Haley in desperate need of advice for a re weeks, and both times the service was exceptional. Most recently, I went unannounced to my service advisor Haley in desperate need of advice for a repair I was doing at home. She took my damaged fastener to the service area where Scott was able to repair it and get me on my way. I can't tell you how much this was appreciated as several other parts warehouses and online sources told me I would need to replace the fastener. I had been told my Jeep would be inoperable unless I wanted to pay for express shipping of a 30-cent custom fastener, but Haley and Scott helped me get it going in 30 minutes. I won't forget this.
