I have a problem with my Auto Climate Control on my 2015 200C...on cold days, no hot/warm air blows out either the dashboard vents or the rear passenger vent. I took it in twice with no resolution. After the first visit, I suggested that they have their regional service manager contact other regions to see if others have had the same problem and how it was fixed...or have him contact Chrysler Corp. Engineering. I was asked to bring my 200 back. They kept it for 2 days and returned it still having the same issue, saying that they tested another 200 in for service and it acted the same so that means it must be how it is suppose to work. Since then, I joined for the 200Forum internet site and asked the members if they have the same issue on their 200. An owner of a 2016 200 replied that hot air blows out of his dashboard vents when Climate control is in auto mode. So, the other 200 this service department investigated had the same problem? Clearly, this service department did not seek help for the Corp...almost seems that they are either: too proud to ask for help, frightened that it will make them look less competent if they ask for help, or that they will be penalized for asking for help. Other than this experience, I have been satisfied with the service I have received here and that is why I listed my experience at 3 star and Gary at only 4 star. More
