My Jeep service went well, but when I went to the desk to get my paperwork, I was told that my extended maintenance had expired, and today's service would cost me over $100. The reprehensive looked it up again and found out that I was correct. I was not happy about her error, because if I did not have her look it up again, then I would have had to pay over $100. More
