Terrible, They should have fixed our Hemi Tick before our warranty ran out. When we bought the extended warranty it was not explained that the warranty started for when the truck was new or we would have not warranty ran out. The truck is a 2016 Dodge Ram with 70,000 miles on it and it has had the Hemi Tick now for over a year. We kept it serviced regularly and through the dealership.
