I want to recognize Jimmy the service manager. From Day 1 of him finding out about it, he was compassionate, honest and handled the situation not only with care but with a sense of urgency. Thank you much for making both my husband and I feel important and as a valued customer. Also a special Thanks to Josh as well. He was the first one in the line of fire but he was patient and understanding and helpful to point me in the right direction of who could and would resolve this problem. Good Service, great waiting room, I received a text with just one contradiction, the service person told me that it was $190 for the break fluid change, but the text said it was free with the other services just one contradiction, the service person told me that it was $190 for the break fluid change, but the text said it was free with the other services, totals were different, service person said $480, but text was $480-190=$290. I believe the service person was right, the text was wrong. More
