After Parks took over this dealership, they are NO better than before. They expect you to be there or NO DISCUSSION. I attempted 14 times to text, call and email about their used 2022 Dodge Challenger. They than before. They expect you to be there or NO DISCUSSION. I attempted 14 times to text, call and email about their used 2022 Dodge Challenger. They said I was "Such a Gem to work with". All I asked was my trade in value. That was IT. Nothing else. But they made it about them like I was being rude asking after sending pics, payoff, etc. That was it. I am NOT wasting my gas or time just to be told it has no value. BUT I never even got that. I am a local In Gastonia and I was to much of a burden for them. AVOID THEM AGAIN. Not worth a headache. Update. Daniel texted a day to short with a $27,500 offer that is $14,000 under MSRP. That is an embarrassing offer. KBB has it $31,000 in fair condition and $34,800 in very good condition. My vehicle has 5,600 miles on it. Sad and still NOT RECOMMENDED. More
