I normally do not enjoy the sales experience of purchasing a new vehicle however my experience at Gastonia Chrysler was awesome! Everyone that worked with including Jeremiah, Ron, Rich, and Tony w purchasing a new vehicle however my experience at Gastonia Chrysler was awesome! Everyone that worked with including Jeremiah, Ron, Rich, and Tony were very friendly and professional. The entire environment was inviting and almost the comforts of home. Jeremiah was not pushy and was an effective listener when it came to my situation and what I needed in a new vehicle. Ron was very down to Earth and approachable for being the GM. Rich was more than fair with my trade in value and Tony made the finance procedures a breeze. I couldn't have asked for anything to be better with my experience. We saw a Journey we liked online, printed out the price and came in to see it. Started talking with Jeremiah and told him about how much we were looking to spend on a monthly payment. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in because I had a code P1281 come up after a radiator was replaced (under warranty) at Sears Gastonia. The manager there was very rude and condecending. Ifeel he took full advantage of me being a female on my own. That was not the case with Jay or any of the men that i spoke to at your service department. They were very understanding, respectful and informative. Jay went out of his way to help me resolve this issue and explained all the issues with the repair. I trust i will get good service,and only the repairs i need and that those repairs will be completed and completed correctly. That is great peace of mind. From beginning to end it was completed in under three hours. That alone is an amazing feat, but the fact is the experience was very pleasant More
