Jay Rappaport in the Service department ALWAYS provides great customer service. When I leave my car with him, I know it is in good hands. Both communicated their apologies & their desire & personal assurance that the detailing would be done to my satisfaction. It is my understanding, Rebecca is part of a new customer relations department and I must say, you picked the right woman for the job. Overall this was my best experience purchasing a new vehicle. The staff was friendly, helpful and most importantly not overly aggressive in trying to make a sale. Gastonia jeep was a welcome change, I have been there for service before and their service department on time and professional, now I can say that the dealership sales department as well is professional and very well run. My wife and I saw three new vehicles, test drove one and in little time got a decent rate for our trade in and a good price on new vehicle. I can honestly say when it comes time to get our next jeep we will be going to Gastonia Chrysler. More
