What a great car-buying experience!!! I could not have been treated better if I would have been family!! Before I went into the showroom, I booked an appointment and asked that my salesperson "not be push been treated better if I would have been family!! Both were very knowledgeable and made me feel like they cared that I had chosen their dealership. Even late, on a Sunday, you would have thought that I was the only person in the dealership and that is the way I was made to feel. Even the "haggling" over the deal was mostly enjoyable. At no time did I ever feel pressured to make a purchase. I spent a little more than what I really wanted to spend, but believe that I received the best possible deal given my "upside down" situation. The "perks" will offset several additional costs that I would normally have over the years and help with the economics, which the dealership really seems to get!!! Anything that I asked for in my deal that was reasonable was accepted. Brandon made sure all my "warranty" concerns were covered and since my car delivered from another lot, Rich made sure I got my car a day BEFORE promised. I cannot say "Thank You" enough to all those involved in my experince and I look forward to a long and happy relationship with each of you!! More

Josh was very nice and took a lot of time with us. He was patient with my husband, myself and our toddler and infant. I was by myself a great deal of the time after my husband had to go to work. Everyone was really great and didn't act like my 2 yr old was driving them nuts! My toddler thought it was a big playground since buying a car does take quit awhile. The receptionists always made fresh popcorn for my little boy and helped him guard his sodas! (We were there all day on 2 occasions) Also, Brandon was very nice and managed to get my payments to a "doable" number. We ended up with a quality vehicle with a monthly payment we can comfortably afford when other dealerships presented outlandishly high interest rates, payments and loan terms. At this dealership, we actually got the sense that they care about their customers and work hard to make the experience seamless. Brandon in finance worked with the banks to make the deal happen and Chris provided great customer service also. We both left with smiles and the feeling that we got a good deal on a great truck. I have worked with this team of customer service professionals for many years. And there has never been a time in the last 8 years that any of them has ever let me down in any regard and or aspect o professionals for many years. Over the years we have developed a friendship so that each time I am at your dealer I feel like I am somewhere , where I am actually welcomed as part of the family. In regards to technicians I would not have anyone touch any of my vehicles for any major repairs other than Kenny Reeves. With 38 years of experience under his belt I have never seen him tackle anything he cannot fix correctly the FIRST TIME AROUND!!! And in today's world of complicated car repair-where you must have a scan tool, and know which item will fix it correctly the first time rather than just replacing what the tool reads could be 3 or 4 POSSIBLE items, my confidence in Kenny's ability to get it right the FIRST TIME ALL THE TIME is never in question. I send any one who has any serious mechanical issues to this dealership and always have them ask for Kenny, and they too have never been disapointed. In a world where technology is changing each second his ability to get it right each time tells me he is truly devoted to keeping on top of the latest technology to address any problems no matter how big or how small. He also is 1 of only 2 techicians i have known in 25 plus years that isn't to good to rotate tires , or do an oil change on a customers car if time is of the essence in order to help get that customer taken care of of in a timely fashion. That is rare in this day and age. The entire team I deal with has earned my respect , my trust, my friendship and my and my friends business over the years.
