Hadn't bought a car in a very long time so I wasn't sure what to expect. Totally pleased with every aspect of the experience. No one tried to sell me something I didn't want. What a great car-buying experience!!! I could not have been treated better if I would have been family!! Both were very knowledgeable and made me feel like they cared that I had chosen their dealership. Even late, on a Sunday, you would have thought that I was the only person in the dealership and that is the way I was made to feel. Even the "haggling" over the deal was mostly enjoyable. At no time did I ever feel pressured to make a purchase. I spent a little more than what I really wanted to spend, but believe that I received the best possible deal given my "upside down" situation. The "perks" will offset several additional costs that I would normally have over the years and help with the economics, which the dealership really seems to get!!! Anything that I asked for in my deal that was reasonable was accepted. Brandon made sure all my "warranty" concerns were covered and since my car delivered from another lot, Rich made sure I got my car a day BEFORE promised. I cannot say "Thank You" enough to all those involved in my experince and I look forward to a long and happy relationship with each of you!! More

Josh was very nice and took a lot of time with us. He was patient with my husband, myself and our toddler and infant. I was by myself a great deal of the time after my husband had to go to work. Everyone was really great and didn't act like my 2 yr old was driving them nuts! My toddler thought it was a big playground since buying a car does take quit awhile. The receptionists always made fresh popcorn for my little boy and helped him guard his sodas! (We were there all day on 2 occasions) Also, Brandon was very nice and managed to get my payments to a "doable" number. My experience with this dealership was much better than expected having already visited a few dealerships and being sorely disappointed. We ended up with a quality vehicle with a monthly payment we can comfortably afford when other dealerships presented outlandishly high interest rates, payments and loan terms. At this dealership, we actually got the sense that they care about their customers and work hard to make the experience seamless. Brandon in finance worked with the banks to make the deal happen and Chris provided great customer service also. We both left with smiles and the feeling that we got a good deal on a great truck.
