At Gastonia Chrysler Dodge I explained the situation and in less than 2 hours I rolled out with the same car; make, model, and year offered by Liberty. Rich Welle and Brandon Smith explained the process straight up, no games or gimmicks got me and my mother in and out and this was the best car buying experience in my 21 years of driving. Frankly, I was amazed at the reception we received at Gastonia Chrysler Jeep after spending all afternoon at a similar dealership just across the state line the day before. We were met by Karl who is an extremely charismatic gentleman who "tells it like it is". My husband and I both admired his helpfulness, candidness and the integrity which he brought into our deal. I appreciated Dan Hensel for giving us just about the best deal we could have gotten considering we had a trade-in vehicle which was only 1 year and a half into the lease and owed slightly more than the vehicle was worth. Our cash down payment clinched the deal but Dan was a pleasure to deal with ..... no haggling. Brandon Beck was an extremely likeable young man and we enjoyed chatting while we signed the papers; it wasn't the usual "just put your signature on these papers and have a nice day", he treated us like good customers and, in turn, we felt really good walking out of his office. All in all, we had the most positive experience we have had at a car dealership and at age 58, that's saying a lot. We will definately recommend the dealership to our friends and family. I came into the dealership and was greeted by Brandon Smith, I came in seeking in options to trade in my current vehicle.
