Gerald didn't force himself on to us at any point. I don't care for dealing with salesmen. However, Gerald is the opposite of everything that give salespeople a bad name. He was knowledgable but not a know-it-all. He was very personable. Gerald went out of his way to find the exact car I wanted. I was disappointed when I saw the first offer. Gerald didn't try to bluff out an excuse nor an empty apology. He was patient and allowed me to digest the offer. This included giving me space to leave without a hassle. Because of all of this, I called back the next day. I gave him more information and explained what I needed. Gerald did all he could to make it happen. Brandon was the one that had me sign everything. He was very respectful. There was a point where I got upset because I didn't understand why we didn't go through the creditor I asked for. However, Brandon calmly, respectfully gave me a legitimate reason that did not sound like a lame excuse. He restored my trust in the deal. Gerald built my trust in him as a sale man and Brandon showed me that not all financial agents aren't fast talking tricksters. We drove by the dealership thinking they would be closed and would just look around the lot. We were not looking to buy anything, just getting ideas for possibly becoming a one-vehicle family. Karl came out immediately and greeted us warmly and offered his assistance. A Hummer caught our eye but since it wasn't really what we had talked about I kept walking around the lot. My husband kept going back to it so Karl offered to get the keys just so we could drive it around the lot. We were both hooked and Karl started the paperwork right away. We were trading in two vehicles and the team worked together to figure out the financials on a Saturday night. It was now closing time but Karl and Tony stayed so we could complete the paperwork and take care of everything that evening. It was a positive experience made possible by the care of Karl, Tony, and the entire team who made it very simple and stress free. More

He kept saying I don't want to see you leave in that old Honda which meant a lot to me because it wasn't a safe car to have my son in. He did everything possible for me to leave in a better car that day. I left in a car that I love and makes me feel a lot better driving it with my son in it. They worked with me on the price to get it down to where I could afford my monthly payment. Tony was very friendly when it came down to doing my finance paper work and made it fast and easy for me since this was my first time buying a car. Overall I am very happy I chose this place to buy my car. Also Pam I think is her name at the front desk who cashed me out made my time there enjoyable also. I had my 1 and a half year old son with me she was very nice to him and he loved her he kept wanting her to play with him and she did as much as she could of course I tried to keep him away I knew she had work to be done.
