I was interested in just learning more about the new Cherokee as details came in, knowing it would be some time before they would be released. I still had about a year left on my lease, too, so there was no hurry. He jotted my info down, and that was it. A few months went by, and I ended up reaching out to him expecting him not to remember me. Not only did he remember me, but he had been keeping track of the release of the Cherokee and had my file as a recurring calendar reminder to reach out as details became available. And he certainly did! He's GREAT at keeping in touch, is non-threatening or pushy, and is just a good guy altogether. I'd like to consider us buds at this point! Having previously purchased three great vehicles from Gerald Morrison in the past (the current small SUV being one of my "Ford fan" husband's bright ideas), two of which we still own and drive regularly ( a 2006 Jeep Wrangler and a 2001 PT cruiser), I refused to consider purchasing a new vehicle from anyone but Gerald, whom I respect for his thorough knowledge of his products and whom I trust unconditionally to be absolutely honest and truthful in all aspects of his professional dealings with my family. In addition, Gerald Morrison is an extremely courteous and genuinely likeable gentleman who treats all his customers like members of his own family, listening to what they want and making them feel extra special so that they know the meaning of "personalized service". He is one in a million and the reason we keep coming back to purchase vehicles. I will continue to buy vehicles at whatever dealership Gerald Morrison chooses to be employed; he is that good. Gerald listened to our "wish list", and knowing our taste and specifics from his past experience with us, he was able to locate the perfect Dodge Caravan to meet our needs. The van is gorgeous, beautifully equipped, and has everything on our wish list and more. After Gerald had accomplished his mission, we then met with Tony Zorn to complete the financial portion of the transaction. That was our first meeting with Tony, and we found him to be a totally charming, extremely helpful young man who exhibited none of the usual arrogance, pushy borderline rudeness, condescending attitude, and overall vulgar behavior one expects from automotive "finance men". If fact, Tony was exceptionally nice, and he worked diligently to give me exactly what I wanted regarding payments. Thank you, Tony, you lovely man! Do I give this dealership the highest marks? Our son/sailor needed a car and needed it yesterday. We went here because my husband and myself have bought 2 other times from this dealership. Jeremiah, knew our son's situation with him being in the military, and worked quickly to find the car that our son wanted. In all the years that we have bought cars from other dealerships, I can honestly say that this was the quickest ever in buying a new car. Jeremiah, stayed with us throughout the entire process, even putting the new license plate on, and waved us on as we left.
