Before we were getting to leave saw another car and Karl asked if I wanted to test drive? He was very informative and again not pushy. Even the finance piece wasn't bad either (I was dreading that as well). What I have experienced in the past was "dread" of talking to the salesperson that they would push me into a car that I really didn't love after I left. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, and he was very concerned with me getting exactly what I wanted. When I decided on the truck that I wanted, Gerald spent several weeks looking for the correct vehicle. When he could not find one, we wound up ordering one from the factory. Gerald did a great job of getting me a good deal on the vehicle, and the pricing was inline with the online price verification sites, without having to haggle. Gerald tracked my order every step of the way, and provided me with weekly updates until it arrived. I was so impressed with the quality of the sales team and the engagement of the dealership, that we decided to buy a second vehicle on the same day that mine arrived. And then he told me about a van and told me about the stuff I would care about (heated seats, automated doors, auto start, folding seats, etc,).
