What I came to find was that the SUV's are high in demand and it almost cost the same to buy a good used vehicle as it does a new Jeep. After spending countless hours online I decided to start reaching out to dealers. I ended up at another dealership during the initial search and was treated like my business wasn't appreciated. This was not the case at Gastonia, I had been in contacted via text with Dave and he was doing everything in his power to find a Jeep wrangler that fit my criteria. He wasn't pushy and seemed to be looking out for my best interest, so I decided to pay the dealership a visit. Upon arrival Karl was initially helping us and actually was busy with another customer so had another salesman named Nate speak to us. Everyone was nice helpful and realistic in their approach. I didn't get pressured and was so nervous to buy a new car that I stated " I need a piece of cake". After going over options and fiances Nate disappeared and came back with 2 pieces of cake (not that that is the reason that made me buy the car but it was funny and the cake was delicious). Brandon helped us with the fiances and sign the paperwork and the process with him was quick easy and he explained everything so I could understand. Best car buying experience ever!!! I stopped in this dealership to look at the new Dodge Ram. I was immediately greeted by Nate who absolutely wonderful. He showed me truck after truck I stopped in this dealership to look at the new Dodge Ram. I was immediately greeted by Nate who absolutely wonderful. He showed me truck after truck and let me say this; he ran, not walked or strolled, into the dealership to swap out key after key and was just as eager to show me a few jeep cherokees after I decided the Ram truck was to high off the ground for me to get into comfortably with my disability. I was not pressured which I liked a lot, every question I asked he answered, and his knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. while Nate was working up the deal with the finance manager, I sat waiting and that is where I met Kelly another sales rep who is just as wonderful as Nate. She talked me out of leaving twice. She was very friendly, informative, entertaining and just a great sales-woman. After a few negotiations Nathan, the finance mgr and I settled on a deal. I purchased the 2014 Jeep Cherokee a wonderful new car for me. Nate gave me a tour of the service dept and even rustled me up a pink sun visor I seen while touring the parts dept. I talked to him on Monday (I called him) I did not feel any pressure at all. I went in to look at car he found for me he spent a lot of time with me on going over everything. They looked at my car for trade gave me numbers (a very fair price) I did do some research ahead of time. Got me in to talk to Tony for the finance we went over everything and signed paperwork and was done. I was there less the 3 hours and a lot of that time was me looking and learning the features on my vehicle before I said I wanted it. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends if anyone was looking to buy a car or truck. More

From my first inquiry into the car I was interested in buyi I just recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass from Gastonia Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, & Ram. From my first inquiry into the car I was interested in buying until the moment I left the lot with my new car, my experience with the dealership was terrific. Gerald Morrison contacted me almost immediately after I completed an online inquiry about the Compass. He actually met with my wife and I later that day, which happened to be one of days off. He showed me several different Compasses and spoke in great detail about each car's features. He eventually would introduce me to Ron Lovelace, the dealership's General Manager. Ron was very courteous and we had a quality conversation about the car I was interested in purchasing. Neither he nor Gerald put any pressure on me to purchase the car. Two days later, I decided to go back to the dealership with the mindset of purchasing the Compass that I wanted at the right price. Long story short, I was able to leave the lot with a reasonably priced quality new car and a very enjoyable car buying experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a potential car buyer. More
