I was a first time buyer and was nervous about all the stereotypes you hear, but Gerald completely changed my perspective in the first 5 minutes of talking to him. I never felt pressured, which made me want to do business with him even more. I never expected my first car buying experience to be such a memorable moment that I will never forget. I would recommend anyone interested in buying a car to look at these guys first, because they hold themselves to a higher standard. They worked hard for my business and that's got me hooked for life. They found me exactly what i wanted for the exact price i was looking for. Excellent service, prompt and understanding staff I had been through the ringer with 2 other dealers before going to Gastonia Chrysler Jeep.
