He found the perfect Jeep Cherokee for me and Gerald, Dean and Rich even stayed open later than their normal hours to get my payments where I wanted them. I returned on Friday to drop off the title to my 2001 Cherokee and Gerald went out of his way to get it cleaned in a very timely manner and even helped me get some of my belongings out of my old Jeep. Great Buying Experiance Recently traded in my 2013 Jeep Wrangler JKU for a 2015 Jeep Wrangler JKU - just happened to have the exact jeep I would have ordered with all upgrade Recently traded in my 2013 Jeep Wrangler JKU for a 2015 Jeep Wrangler JKU - just happened to have the exact jeep I would have ordered with all upgrades. Price Negotiation was bearable and I feel I got a pretty decent deal at the end. Karl Logan was my salesman and he returned calls promptly and outside of being very busy (which is good for him) he met all my expectations. The dealership was clean and all personnel encountered was pleasant. I have used the service department several times and all encounters met my satisfaction. I actually travel out of town to go to this dealership as the dealership in Shelby,NC has a rather rude/unfriendly service department and I have been displeased at the two times that I was there.
