When the exact Jeep wasn't at his dealership, he searched multiple states to help us find one, but all the ones we found were already purchased. He then helped us order a 2015 the way we wanted instead of settling. He kept us updated throughout the build process and notified us right away when it was delivered (even stayed late to take a picture of it on the truck after hours!). Price Negotiation was bearable and I feel I got a pretty decent deal at the end. Karl Logan was my salesman and he returned calls promptly and outside of being very busy (which is good for him) he met all my expectations. The dealership was clean and all personnel encountered was pleasant. I have used the service department several times and all encounters met my satisfaction. I actually travel out of town to go to this dealership as the dealership in Shelby,NC has a rather rude/unfriendly service department and I have been displeased at the two times that I was there. SO Big thumbs up to Gastonia Jeep Chrysler and to Karl Logan my salesman for a pleasant buying experience. More
