Gerald's knowledge of the Jeep and the features were very helpful in helping us narrow down our options. When the exact Jeep wasn't at his dealership, he searched multiple states to help us find one, but all the ones we found were already purchased. He then helped us order a 2015 the way we wanted instead of settling. He kept us updated throughout the build process and notified us right away when it was delivered (even stayed late to take a picture of it on the truck after hours!). His years of experience were a great resource for us, but his sincerity and honesty throughout the process revealed a genuine character of a man who values his clients not only as customers, but friends.
