I went to Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and looked around for a bit then I decided to test drive a 2012 used Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab and a brand new 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab. Mark Raines and Rich Welle assisted me with the experience. Mark did not hassle me nor did he try to persuade me into buying a dodge. I simply stated to him I was just wanted to test drive the trucks. Well to my liking I was very impressed with the way both trucks drove even the used 2012 Dodge drove well. However, after consideration I decided to purchase the new 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew cab. It made more since to go with the new truck for the price, warranty, and all the nice extra features that the dealership offers. Mark was their to answer all my questions and concerns through the whole process. He never did try to be pushy or just to get me to buy a car. He was extremely customer focused and very helpful. Also the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. If you decide to purchase a dodge then I highly reccomend going to Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and ask for Mark Raines or Rich Welle.
