Much better experience than my previous I purchased a Tacoma back in 2012 from this dealership and if I didn't love the truck and didn't just have to own it I would not have. Now in 2015 I had sold my truck and wanted to buy a Ram pickup and of course was hesitant to go to my local dealership. I did, and because of my salesman Steve Ross my perception of Gastonia Chysler has been changed. Day and night from my last go round and appreciate that. I have purchased way to many new and used cars and trucks in my life to be treated like I don't matter.
