The only reason I didn't give a five star rating is that we had trouble with the vehicle on our way home from the dealership which left a bit of a bad taste. I know it's a used car, but I did kind of expect to make it home without incident... We really don't blame Ron for that though. He went above and beyond for us! More

Helped change some of my opinion of dealerships I confess, if this car had not been such a good deal, I would not have even gone to this dealership to start with. I can't stand dealerships. However, the team at the Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store helped to change some of my negative perceptions. Most of the people I dealt through the entire experience were very eager to help (without being too pushy), friendly, and listened to my needs and concerns. I can tell that they really want to provide good customer service and do everything they can to make that happen. The financing part was quick and painless. For me personally, Brett and Brian were standouts - very professional and helpful. If I need to purchase another car in the future, I would definitely consider looking for a vehicle at this dealership. More

I contacted at least 30 dealerships across the country, 30 percent told me they couldn't help me while 70 percent wanted 15 too 35 thousand over MSRP. I had all but given up on getting a Hellcat when on May 27th I got a call from Mr. Gerald and he ask if I was still looking for a Hellcat? I am still in shock that a HONEST Dealership Found Me, they never tried to put me in a car I didn't want, they wasn't asking 20 thousand more, they was just asking me to come order my car. From now on any car I buy will come from this dealership! Gerald I am so thankful to you, and you will be my friend and salesman for the rest of my life!
