My Jeep service went well, but when I went to the desk to get my paperwork, I was told that my extended maintenance had expired, and today's service would cost me over $100. I mentioned to the service repre get my paperwork, I was told that my extended maintenance had expired, and today's service would cost me over $100. I mentioned to the service representative that my maintenance agreement has not expired yet, and the cost for my current service for my Jeep should be $0. The reprehensive looked it up again and found out that I was correct. I was not happy about her error, because if I did not have her look it up again, then I would have had to pay over $100. More
