The sales kid at the first dealership led me to believe that what I wanted was not an option. The second dealer was not willing to get to what we felt was a fair price. We left with $1000 between us for a $50k vehicle they had on the lot although we had spent thousands of dollars over the years in their service department. As soon as we arrived at Gastonia Jeep. James immediately greeted us on that rainy day. He was extremely helpful and polite. Although the entire ordeal did take longer than desired, they had exactly what we wanted and were willing to negotiate with us. We are now proud owners of a new Jeep Grand Charokee!
