A VERY PLEASANT TRANSACTION WITHOUT ALL THE PRESSURE AND BS Was looking to trade or buy a later model with less miles, found the vehicle via the internet, drove to the dealer unannounced. I pulled into the dealer,drove around to the vehicle I was interested in ,gave it a good look and was very satisfied from a visual inspection, of course the dealer had a carfax with the vehicle on the internet,one of those I did not have to pay for,which would have discouraged me from the start. Well, as I almost got to the entrance of the dealership, a young man introduced himself and offered to help me. Mr Keith E. Langford, a Marine Corps Veteran, trades trucks with a 70 year old Vietnam Veteran and no one needed a steel pot or a flak jacket, because no pressure was put on the old Vet. I would like to thank Mr. Langford and his associates for their kindness and respect during the transaction, making this a pleasant satisfying experience .I will rate them as THE BEST, THX More

Incorrect Gasket was installed causing repeat failure Had a head gasket changed on my 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 5.9L Cummins. The gasket failed again after 3000 miles. The repair tech and the service rep knew Had a head gasket changed on my 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 5.9L Cummins. The gasket failed again after 3000 miles. The repair tech and the service rep knew that the head had fire rings machined in it, and specifically indicated that the correct fire ring type gasket was ordered and installed. I removed the head this past weekend only to find out that they used a normal OEM type head gasket instead of the correct fire ring type. In essence they lied about using the correct type gasket. The initial repair bill was $2500, and they installed the incorrect gasket and lied to me about it. Unfortunately, I live about 300 miles from Gastonia, or I would have just taken it back to them to have them deal with it. Service rep is named Keith. Update: I emailed pictures and screenshots of texts between myself and the service rep. They were forwarded to one of the service managers. He called and left a voicemail, and I returned his call and also left a voicemail. That was a couple weeks ago and I have not heard back from them. Upon further inspection of the head after I removed it, it is evident that machine work was never done on the surface, yet I was charged $375 for machine work. Again, I have photographic evidence of this, and would post it, but it not an option on this site. More
