Best experience I've ever had at a dealer ship Jimmy Grant called after I viewed vehicles online. I told him my situation over phone, he said to stop in. I bought my wife a new Durango RT for Christmas and myself a new RAM 2500 4x4 last week for work. I will never shop anywhere else. I always put off buying because I hate the typical car dealer. Gastonia Chrysler, from the top down, made us feel as though we were family. The crowning jewel on the experience was the financing. Brian was able to not only finance me, but took the time to get me the best deal, and structured my deal to benefit our needs. No other dealer has treated me this way in the 20 years I've been buying new vehicles. When the truck I wanted was not on the lot, Brad and Jeremiah were able to source one and have it the next day. This level of service is unheard of these days. Ron, the GM, took time to speak with us and treat us like family members. Brad, the Sales Manager, spent most of his waking hours for the better part of 2 days, trying to make me happy. Jeremiah, Sales, did all he could to find exactly what I was after.
