Won't return calls or stand by their warranty. My husband and I purchased a used GMC Yukon Denali XL because our family was growing and we needed a larger vehicle. We called about the vehicle to see if it was still available because we found it on the internet and the dealership was about and hour and a half away. We spoke to Jordan Snipes and he was very helpful and called us several times to make sure we were coming to see the vehicle, which we did. They promised the sun and moon to close the deal but once we drove the vehicle off the lot we have had nothing but trouble. We called Jordan Snipes, our sales associate, and told him the trouble we were having with the vehicle and he said it may or may not be covered by the warranty. We ended up breaking down on the interstate on the way to the hospital to have a baby. We have called several times since and still cannot get a response or returned call. We have called repeated times and the one time Jordan answered the phone he said he would talk to his manager and call us back. That was a week ago and after several attempts to contact them about the needed repairs that total nearly $1500 no one will respond. My only advice is to not purchase anything from this dealership because once the sale is made they are finished and do not stand by their promises. More
