When we leased our 4th 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Gastonia Chrysler I was very leary of how I was going to get ripped off..Very smooth transaction and all went well. Mark reached out to me about two weeks ago to let me know our lease was about to expire and if I would like to come he and discuss our options for a new car. I set up appointment and the same day we drove away with a 2017 Dodge Journey which we have been looking at vs. the Jeep. Mark make it happen and we appreciate it very pleasant and no sale, I have been back a couple times to have functions explained and Mark was right there to help.
