Unlike other dealerships that will sway you into getting what they want to sell. I worked with Gerald Morrison which was hands down the best ally I could ask for throughout this experience. His patience is unmatched as it took me several trips to make up my mind. Gerald was relentless in finding something that would fit my wants/needs as well as my budget. I have never dealt with a salesperson who new their inventory like Gerald. He knows everything about anything on the lot including vehicle specs, gear ratios, tow ratings, features, etc. This was especially helpful as I was shopping for a 3/4 ton RAM to tow a travel trailer. Gerald and I exchanged countless emails and phone calls during this process until the right vehicle came in. We worked with Devin Schrad in finance as he helped us determine an appropriate vehicle price for our budget. Devin's sense of humor made the finance process very enjoyable; not at all like the typical process. My wife and I are both ecstatic about our new vehicle and the deal, but most of all with our dynamic duo, Gerald and Devin, from this dealership. During each visit we drove past the large string of dealerships on Independence Blvd and did the 45 minute drive to Gastonia so we could get the best vehicle for the best price and do business with someone who is familiar with what the sell. These folks are more interested in building relationships through customer satisfaction for future business than making an extra buck off the first sell.
