I explained what we were looking to do and our current vehicle situation and he was very honest and told us to come in the next day for an appraisal on the trade. The following day he checked with me to see when we were available and made sure that it would be convenient time for us. Once there my husband was given all the details. Gastonia Dodge went above and beyond on the trade and made the whole process seamless as my husband was the one at the dealer and I was at work. Jeremiah was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly not pushy or overbearing just trying to close the sale. I would rate this the BEST car buying experience ever and that's saying a lot as this was our 9th car purchase since 2008. (I know, crazy right). Can't even get a call back So I called one day to put in a credit app and was met with a friendly dealer who agreed to help me out however he could. I was honest with my credit situation and was assured that even if we were unable to reach a deal, I would be notified of what steps to take in order to possibly make a lease or purchase in the future. I also got a call from the internet sales manager who assured me that Jordan was highly qualified and customer driven and would be in touch with me just as he promised. That was Thursday around 545. No call Friday, no call Saturday, Sunday or Monday. I have literally hounded these people, not even for a vehicle any longer, only for the chance to express my disappointment. Surely it is because my credit is not good enough for a purchase OR lease, but I am still a customer and I deserve the communication that I was assured of, by multiple persons. I contacted the dealership several times over the weekend, only to be told that someone would call me back, blah, blah, blah. It just stinks that because of my situation, I was still not made a priority by these people. They don't know me, I could have needed an entire fleet of vehicles for my company or have thousands and thousands in the bank to pay cash. They'll never know I guess. My recommendation, don't waste your time. More
