Made offer to dealer. Was contacted by Brad Smith, who was very polite, knowledgeable, and did not give a hard sell. he called soon after that to accept our offered price. Got reasonable financing after completing online form. Went to dealer, satisfied with the vehicle. Signed all the paperwork with Devin Schrad who was also terrific. Then Brad spent about an hour explaining all of the Durango's features. Could not have been easier. Least stressful vehicle purchase I have ever made. Was at another Dodge dealer the day before and just did not get the same ease and throughput that this dealership provided, and walked away without the purchase then. More
