Nervous buyer I had researched, researched, researched prior to arriving on their lot. Brad was able to answer all the questions we had about the particular Jeep ve I had researched, researched, researched prior to arriving on their lot. Brad was able to answer all the questions we had about the particular Jeep vehicle we were looking at. He was not pushy and allowed the vehicle to sell me. (which was important) I must follow that by saying I had visited at least 5 lots prior in my car shopping adventure and had some sales people who over sold the product and they just didn't know how to hush so I left. I had researched what they had on their lot and was able to locate that exact vehicle, which after a quick drive and look over (at least and hr later) I was able to decide that this was the vehicle I had been wanting and needing. Brad went over all the ins and outs of the new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that I purchased and even told me I could call anytime with questions. I am not an easy sale and again I had to want it and Brad as well as the others were very patient in allowing me to make that decision. They did everything they could to allow me time to look over the Jeep and to ask any questions that I had. More

Friendly and overall good experience. My wife and I had searched online and locally for a new/used minivan (Honda, Chrysler, Toyota) and came down to the Honda and Chrysler (T&C used or ne My wife and I had searched online and locally for a new/used minivan (Honda, Chrysler, Toyota) and came down to the Honda and Chrysler (T&C used or new Pacifica). Finally settled on Pacifica because of stow and go seating, 8 passenger and Chrysler quality for minivans (we own a T&C, too). After driving one locally and trying to find one we liked used (still a 2017 model) that had 8 passenger seating, we noticed Gastonia CDJR had several Pacificas and Chrysler was offering very good rebates and low interest rates. We decided to drive down one Saturday afternoon and spent 3 hrs on location. It was expected to some degree. I would have rather been done a little faster, but it was a busy day for buying it appeared. The staff were very friendly and dealt with me patiently as I negotiated what I wanted to pay. I would recommend the group and they have a very large selection which made it nice and worked quickly to get the price down. I did not feel harassed or overly pressured (i.e. selling extra warranty and add ons) as I've learned to keep a good vehicle until you outgrow the use of it and it still operates great. I don't plan on buying anything new or used for sometime, so once in 5-10 years to buy a vehicle...they didn't make me regret buying a new van :) The Lord Jesus Christ (God) is good. John 1:1-3 More
