He was quite knowledgeable on the lot inventory which was a pleasant change after watching salesman at other dealerships literally referring to the car listings from their websites. I find it very unprofessional for someone to be selling me something when they really aren't any more familiar with the product than I am, and I was relieved that I found someone who actually takes their position seriously and does their homework BEFORE I walk in the door. Gerald was very personable and was just about the complete opposite of the majority of salesman i'd dealt with. He wasn't pushy or aggressive, he simply answered my questions and did his best to get my business with professional, quality service instead of that high pressure sales paradigm present at so many car dealerships which I personally hate. Although I hope not to be in the car market again anytime soon, I will absolutely be going back to talk with Gerald when the time comes. More
