The rest of the staff was also responsive when I needed a document while at the bank and they also sent a staff member to my house 45 minutes away when a signature was required rather than expecting me to make the trip. On a side note, I have to say that this dealership had a comfortable lounge area with snacks and beverages, a play area for kids and very nice, clean restrooms. I was very aggravated and to the point that i wanted to give up. Daniel did nothing but listen to exactly what I was looking for, and provide me with those things. I told him my budget and he got me out of the door with the car I wanted for that price. Upon leaving the dealership Daniel felt more like a friend then a salesman. He entertained my son throughout the whole visit and paperwork- giving him snacks, and playing games. He took 30+ minutes helping me fasten his car seat in the new car to make sure it was safe and properly installed. He took time to show me every detail of the car... the heated seats, the navigation, the automatic trunk, etc I called him after purchasing the car to ask a question and again, he felt like a friend, happy to hear from me, and answer all of my questions. I never once felt pushed to do something I didn’t want to do. I felt very comfortable and am for sure I made the right decision About purchasing from this dealership.
