I entered the showroom with a high level of trepidation because of a sales experience we had when purchasing the vehicle I'd brought in which would serve as our trade-in vehicle (Different Manufacturer / Different Dealer !). Online research into the customer satisfaction ratings of Gastonia Chrysler Dodge and the new Jeep Grand Cherokee in particular got me to this point and after spending just a few minutes with Danny Craig I somehow knew we'd be treated openly and fairly. Danny was very knowledgeable on the product line and in no time at all he had found me the Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland edition I'd come to see. Would definitely do business with Gastonia Jeep/Chrysler again .. and will be asking for Danny at the point of contact. More

They had the perfect truck and gave me a great deal. Jeremiah met me an hour early on a Sunday to get me in and out. Tim was friendly, funny, and super quick. He did just that, the truck was waiting right out front for us and Jordan was there ready to take us out for test drive. Wonderful experience there at the dealership. We were there about 3 hours total from test drive to receiving the keys. It was very quick, especially for the end of the month and end of the year. More

He kept me informed on the inventory over the years, but was never pushy or tried to force a fit.
