A good buying experience Daniel happened to be standing near the front when my wife and I walked in on a very cold January day. Our first visit to the dealership, and we came Daniel happened to be standing near the front when my wife and I walked in on a very cold January day. Our first visit to the dealership, and we came with a specific product, Grand Cherokee, in mind. We had already been to two other dealerships earlier in the day to compare other brands before we made a decision. The Jeep product had been a top two choice, but the decision was still in the air. The reason this experience was so much better than most I have had over several decades of buying vehicles of all types, was Daniel himself. A brief explanation of what we were looking for and he immediately used an approach of the product overview that allowed us to narrow our focus in the Grand Cherokee line up to just a few type offerings. Using an example in the showroom and explaining the varied concepts and options through the line, we hit the road on a test drive in the level of car that fit our desire. The most important aspects of what Daniel brought to the process was his extremely thorough knowledge of the products, options, and details. I have heard "I don't know" so many times from sales in these situations in the past that my belief in those representatives is lost. Not the case with Daniel, as it was clear he had done his homework... he clearly had sat in these trucks for quite some time and played with every tool and option in front of him so he could highlight them as needed when talking to a customer. Confidence was high from my perspective that any question I had he would have the answer and he did. While they clearly wanted to sell the car and help us drive out, we did not experience any of the high pressure efforts that are normal in this industry. My wife and I even left for lunch in between and while they asked if anything we needed to make a decision before leaving, they encouraged us to enjoy lunch and come back anytime. I am convinced they thought we would not return, but my wife and I used the time to decide which product we would want most to drive in the years to come between the Jeep and one other from another brand. We decided we did not like the color and trim of the first one chosen with Daniels help so he went step by step through what was on the lot that would fit better for my wife once we stopped back in after lunch. Daniel even drove two trucks up to the front so we could compare them side by side and did not have to walk all around the lot in the very cold weather. We had made the decision to buy the Jeep by this time, and it was only a matter of which one, and IF they would make the closing part of this process as easy as it could be. I have seen this closing portion of the process become very ugly very quickly, but the sales manager that we were working with side by side with Daniel had an easy demeanor and never made us feel like we were dealing with someone connected to the Godfather movies. In all fairness I did not push the negotiation aggressively or have unrealistic expectations. I am sure I probably could have pushed more than I did on the final sale bottom line, but I felt that I had a fair offer in front of me and little to gain by giving myself and my wife a headache. Most importantly, this dealership in this situation did not use the old "turnover" tactic that is so prominent in auto sales, and one that quite honestly might have cost them the sale if they did. Sticking with Daniel in each step through was a far better scenario and I simply can not imagine a customer based sales driven organization thinking any other way would be better. My relationship is with Daniel at this point and he will be my connection at the Dealership and represent Jeep at the same time with me going forward. While we have only had the car a couple of days, all systems are go and we were very pleased with the experience on all levels. Thanks to Daniel and the team there as they all worked to get the car ready, paperwork complete, and my wife and I on the way home as quickly as possible. We enjoyed a cold soda and some pop-corn in front of a football game for a few minutes as we waited for final delivery. Once again his knowledge of the product was outstanding in the smooth delivery process. Way to go Daniel... I hope the management at the dealership will take an extra moment to acknowledge your efforts. Thanks More

Horrible Experience I had a appointment at 8:00 am on a Friday for a drop off. I never heard back from the service tech so I called at 3:30 pm that same day to see if I c I had a appointment at 8:00 am on a Friday for a drop off. I never heard back from the service tech so I called at 3:30 pm that same day to see if I could pick up after 5pm. I was told that they did not have time to check my car and ask would I leave it over the weekend for them to check on Monday. Uh, no! When I went to pick up on Saturday I was told that the appointment time did not mean that you had a spot in the bay. What???? It was for the service department to know how to schedule their day. Really? Well what about my day? I will never go back here ever! More
