Good Start/Poor Follow-Thru Dodge Ram 1500 purchased February 3, 2018. Jordan Snipes was very helpful and clearly engaged with me to get me in a truck. However, once we agreed Dodge Ram 1500 purchased February 3, 2018. Jordan Snipes was very helpful and clearly engaged with me to get me in a truck. However, once we agreed on a price, getting out of the dealership with my new truck took over three hours. 1 1/2 hours was for the time it took for cleaning the truck. There are a few issues I would like to put on the record so it is not just a verbal conversation. 1. There are two holes in the top rail of the bed: These holes were noted and Jordan agreed to have them repaired. However, it has been two weeks and there has been no communication as to when this work will be completed. 2. Missing the second key: Jordan agreed to get me the second key, however, no communication after two weeks. 3. Front problem: After driving the truck for two days, I noticed that the front is shaking when I travel at 70 MPH and it’s not slight...it is pretty bad. I called Jordan and let him know about the "unsafe problem". He said they would look at it when they fix the bed. No date set. 4. Speaker problem: I also let Jordan know that something is very wrong with the sound system. All the doors vibrate when the volume is turned up half way and the base is turned up halfway. 5. GPS: Simple question: Why would a dealership sell a truck dated 2017 with a map system dated 2014? The map in my new 2017 truck does not have the 485 loop completed and for a small fee of $145.00 I can get an update. This should be part of a 2017 model, not an upgrade that I should have to pay for after spending over $36,000.00 on a “new” truck. 6. Not so new truck: I understand that trucks are going to have some miles on them just because. However, the 1200 miles on this truck seems like they were hard used miles. ie: two holes in the bed, front-end troubles, damaged sound system. Additionally, looking at the GPS history it seems like someone ran this truck back and forth to Myrtle Beach and their house. The last thing is the extended warranty process. Why is it that after all these years a customer still has to sit and have the same shell game played? We are always asked to spend thousands of dollars after we just spent tens of thousands of dollars, to only have the same old games played. For example, I was offered a +/- $2,500 warranty and oil changes for free. When I said "no" we moved on to the paperwork but then in about five minutes, he comes back with another offer at 1/2 price. Why? At this point, I will not get it just because I had to sit thru the game. Please understand that at any time moving forward all this can be made right and a satisfied customer can be gained but I am at this point upset by the poor quality of this truck. Again, 1200 miles of normal usage should not cause this truck to have the problems it does and I was certainly not expecting this type of quality as I have had several Rams in the past. I feel that these items should be corrected as soon as possible so that I can enjoy having a new truck and not be upset by the issues. More

The right options, the right price, the right color, etc. I've been religiously searching online inventories at local dealerships to no avail until... I found the Unicorn Jeep at Gastonia Dodge/Chrysler /Jeep Ram. I emailed Austin about it and received an immediate response. He held it for me for 3 days so that I could find the time to come look at it. He was professional, courteous, and pleasant through the whole experience, as was every one involved with the sale of the vehicle. Anyone looking for a new or used car/truck/suv should definitely consider the same route I took! More

The process was painless and the staff there very accommodating. After test driving the vehicle, Jeremiah had my vehicle appraised. The numbers were not where I wanted to be, so I shared with him where I needed to be. Within minutes, he and his Floor Manager came over to me and shook my hand for a deal.
