Very Impressed I was looking for a 2-door Jeep Wrangler JK Sahara 4x4 with leather, heated seats, navigation, automatic transmission, and the black hardtop. I wanted I was looking for a 2-door Jeep Wrangler JK Sahara 4x4 with leather, heated seats, navigation, automatic transmission, and the black hardtop. I wanted this vehicle in either red, silver or grey. My ongoing search had proven to me that this was not going to be an easy find - 2-doors JK Saharas are apparently not in demand. Salesman Sam DeWitt located my vehicle in less than 24 hours and had it on the lot in within 48. The vehicle was ready and waiting when we arrived for our scheduled appointment. Sam was very knowledgeable, competent, and thorough. His manner was easy, pleasant, and pressure-free during the tour of the vehicle, the test drive, and the subsequent time-to-buy discussion. Once we were at the buy point with which we felt comfortable, Sam handed us over to James McElroy of the finance department. James had the same pleasant, easy, and pressure-free manner as Sam. He walked us step-by-step through the financing process, gave us great information about additional optional coverages, and never once employed the scare tactics we had come across with finance folks at other dealerships. Delivery of the vehicle was great. We had requested an add-on feature. We went to lunch and arrived back to the dealership to the vehicle as-requested and ready to go. Sam ran through all the feature one more time. We had my phone synced and my favorite radio station pre-set before heading home. We traveled 2 hours to get to Gastonia Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and would do it again! More

Excellent service So pleased with our visit to Gastonia Chrysler. We weren't ready at that time to purchase a vehicle because we wanted to research a few things. When we returned in March, Mark wasn't there, but we were helped by Jeremiah Bradshaw, who was also very helpful and showed us a couple vehicles. This time, we decided to sit down and look over some numbers and decided to buy and Michael was great in helping get to where we wanted on pricing. Even though it was close to closing time, everyone was very nice and didnt make us feel bad for keeping them late. And James McElroy was fantastic at getting thru all the paperwork quickly so we could take home our new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk!
