GCDJR-They made my dream a reality I had a accident at the end of March and my vehicle was a total loss. We went to a few car dealerships just browsing and most of the time not one per I had a accident at the end of March and my vehicle was a total loss. We went to a few car dealerships just browsing and most of the time not one person came out to see if we needed anything until we visited GCDJM it was a total surprise to us that before we had the chance to make it to the very first car there was Mike Gomes welcoming us as if we were a part of the family. He went well over what his job title requires him to do. I explained to Mike I had some health issues and Mike put fourth the effort to find me a vehicle that had the lumbar support and all the other bells and whistles I wanted. I expected the process to take me a couple of weeks but Mike called the very next day and told me to come get my vehicle and with total shock and aww he had the vehicle parked right of front shined up and ready. The one thing that sets this dealership high above any other is they truly do care about the needs of their customers. As we were arriving Mike came right out and he mentioned to me that he saw me taking pictures of the vehicle last night but you didn't get the chance to see inside well the the funny thing is the one I was coming to buy was a used model because I knew having a new vehicle was what I always wanted but just wasn't able to. But to my surprise the vehicle he had shined up and all polished was in fact wasn't the one I settled on it was the brand new 2017 Jeep Renegade. From my understanding Mike came in earlier that morning to speak to the finance manager on my behalf to see if he could make this happen for me. All I kept saying to myself was "who does this" well I can tell you who the staff of Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Mike and Brad were just amazing... I could never have imagined owning a brand new vehicle before and now I don't have to imagine anymore because Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Made my dream a reality and I will forever let anyone know this is the only place to go to buy a vehicle because they truly do care and they truly welcome you as if you are family. More
