My experience was a nightmare. My jeep broke down. I had it towed there. I was told the problem was the engine & how much it was cost to repair, which was astronomical. The vehicle did stay there for about 2 -3 mo but at no time were they given the impression that it had been abandoned which is what someone called & told the bank. Arrangements had been made with Gary to pick it up that Friday. When I got there the bank had already öicked it up. This caused me extra time, money & unnecessary aggrivation. This was unprofessional to say the least, not to mention the dishonesty of people in the deamorship to claim not to know anything about how this happened! Again, unprofessional. This is not how you gain customers. I will continue to recount my experience with this dealorship in every way possible. More
