The dodge dealership is nice, the service department is good. I did although have a small dent in my car door and it need to be washed, someone drew a circle around it in the dirt, not cool. Also they forgot to reset my change oil indicator, but I was able to go online and reset it myself. They wanted me to come back to get it reset. All in all my experience was good. More

I took my truck to another dealer first and they told me nothing was wrong. The tech at Gastonia Ram found that my transmision needed a rebuild, drive shaft was damaged and ball joints were wore out. I had the pleasure of working with Haley Hovis as my service contact. Haley was always very professional, polite and followed up on all of my questions.
