So after reading the lower rated reviews I learn I’m not the only one treated like a bum here. I will not do business at any other dealership! I’m the type that trades in his vehicle every couple years and have dealt with over a dozen dealerships. Never have I gotten better treatment then I did at M type that trades in his vehicle every couple years and have dealt with over a dozen dealerships. Never have I gotten better treatment then I did at McKenney. I connected with my salesman Chris Williams on Facebook. Told him what my dream truck looked like. Within days he called me and said he found it! It was EXACTLY IT! Even at the price I wanted to pay! From there he had the truck detailed, topped off with gas, and had it waiting for me when I got there which was right before closing. Never rushed and they waited until I was satisfied. I came with financing Pre approval and they even beat it!!!. Whole transaction was seamless and I was flat out impressed that a car buying process didn’t have to be stressful. Later into owning truck I had a minor issue come up. Again McKenney team impressed me. Rob in service called me set up a time to pick up the truck and gave me a brand new loaner. Fixed the issue better then I expected and personally delivered it back to me. I couldn’t believe it. I will never go to another dealershipI will go to Chris Williams and McKenney team for anything I need. Do yourself a favor and call Chris with any car buying needs or Rob in service. They will earn your business for life. More
