Subsequent, had some issue with salesman regarding getting two key bobs for auto, but manager was very amiable and correct in that we gave two with our trade in. We were trading in a 2009 Cadillac CTS RWD basic for a 2011 AWD Luxury. Reason for going for AWD was poor experience with handling and gripping during snows in February. A slight disappointment was the salesman wasn't very familiar with features of luxury model, said there was a rain sensitive wiper system standard, which there isn't. More
