Dave was very helpful from the minute I walked in the door. The exact model I specified was pulled up and ready for a test drive. He was very friendly even after the sale was made, offering to get my out door. The exact model I specified was pulled up and ready for a test drive. He was very friendly even after the sale was made, offering to get my out-of-state plates taken care of and made sure my tank was topped off before leaving the lot and sat with me to make sure I understood all the bells and whistles that came with my model. Overall, he made the usual car buying experience as quick and painless as possible. More
Excellent experience and excellent telephone follow up. Mr. Welch gathered a great understanding of the type of truck I wanted and the price rang. Cut through all the confusion related to incentives, reba Mr. Welch gathered a great understanding of the type of truck I wanted and the price rang. Cut through all the confusion related to incentives, rebate, and trade in right away. I have no question that I received a fair "deal." More
I have bought three Nissans in the past. I was lied to more than once about what my package included, ect. Mark really took the time to listen to what I wanted and could afford. Outstanding Experience overall! This dealer came highly recommended by a family member, and I certainly see why. From start to finish, this was the most helpful and easy car buying experience I have had. recommended by a family member, and I certainly see why. From start to finish, this was the most helpful and easy car buying experience I have had. They didn't have the color I wanted and did a locate to find it from a nearby dealership and get it delivered here. Very reasonable and upfront in discussions/negotiations - very genuine people with no sales tactics or pressure. Bill Starke was my sales consultant and extremely helpful. Took time to explain the process to me, answered my many questions, and even came in on his day off (New Years Day) when the car arrived to get it setup and ready for me! Managers Matt and Pete were also very helpful and courteous. Barry the business manager prepared all the paperwork and discussed it in detail. Overall extremely satisfied with my experience and service. Will certainly come back to them for my next car! More

My experience at McKenney Chevrolet the best of any auto transactions I've had. Bill Starke was considerate, informative and a pleasure to work with. Plus they had the vehicle I was looking for. Saturday, Day 1: Within ten minutes of my posted "dream car" to three dealerships within 125 mile radius, I was contacted by Angelia Matthews via telephone. Informed that it wasn't in McKenney's inv "dream car" to three dealerships within 125 mile radius, I was contacted by Angelia Matthews via telephone. Informed that it wasn't in McKenney's inventory, but promised she would find what I wanted and would call me on Monday. Sunday, Day 2: Checked e-mails and was surprised to received one from Angelia Matthews. She had found exactly what I wanted. Monday, Day 3: Contacted by Russell Shytles, informed my automobile was in the process of being acquired, and signed documents were needed expedite the process. That evening, enduring heavy rains and traffic congestion, he drove more than an hour and a half to my home, to brief me and secure signed documents. Tuesday, Day 4: Received phone call about 2:30 PM. My vehicle would be ready for pick-up at 6:30 PM. Needless to say, I was quite jubilant. But, what the heck, it can wait until morning. Wednesday, Day 5: Arrived at McKenney Chevrolet at 8:45 AM and began my drive home one hour later. Extraordinary attentions to detail were exhibited each and every step of the way from "customer desire" acknowledgement to "customer satisfaction" fulfillment. I labored in Customer Services for over thirty-five years before my retirement and was most impressed by Matthews and Shytles. JOB WELL DONE! More
I purchased a vehicle in Aug 2013. I was told it was rated VERY high, I think an 82. They came down on the price because I have "friends" that work there - and of course doing me a favor. I was told t rated VERY high, I think an 82. They came down on the price because I have "friends" that work there - and of course doing me a favor. I was told that I was getting a DEAL for a car in this good of shape and I'd be sorry if I didn't purchase. I paid a little more than I wanted but they assured me it was in wonderful condition. Since purchasing I have been in their service department four times and need to go back but I don't have the stomach. Trip 1: August - Tires were squeaking and making terrible noise, skipping, thumping. I sat in service dept for over an hour, they said fixed. But not fixed, so I took to another shop, they told me they couldn't fix but something was definitely wrong. Trip 2: September - Contacted the salesman and explained problem. He helped tremendously. I went back to dealership and told them they were not fixed. They replaced brakes for free. Said they didn't hear the noise the first time. Trip 3: September - The fan quit working and radiator overheated, had to have vehicle towed to dealership. They replaced fan and radiator for free. I actually dealt with the salesman again this time and he helped tremendously! Trip 4: November - Once the time changed in the fall, I realized the lights were not working well. Took to retail store to replace headlights, they said they are working, just very dim, may be wiring. Took to dealership, $271 to fix lights. I had to pay $47.50 for them to check but told them I couldn't believe it would cost that much to fix and I would get a 2nd opinion. The very next morning when I went to get in my car, I noticed it was rolled halfway down. Couldn't figure that out, but when I got in to roll it up, I realized that it must have somehow gotten off track and so now we had to PULL it back up and put something in the window to hold it in place. I would call the salesman, but the service department knows how many times I've been in there since I purchased the car less than four months ago. I consider all of these problems pre-existing conditions and they should be fixed free of charge if for no other reason than the constant inconvenience this has caused me. And if that isn't bad enough... I get my tax bill. You know what the car is valued at? $4000. You know what I paid? $7300!!! They made more than enough money to put this car back together! More
